STEP 3. Contracts & Deposits
Upon approval of the estimate, a contract is drafted up outlining terms and conditions, payment schedule and includes the agreed upon estimate amount. An initial deposit is received in order to move forward into scheduling and design. |
STEP 2. Estimating
Once we have had the opportunity to discuss your remodel in person we then take what we have discussed and draft a budgetary estimate. This initial estimate is a starting point to provide you with a realistic budget for the project we discussed. It is important to understand that at this point in your project no selections have been made and this price can vary depending on finalized plans, however, every effort is made by our design team to guide you towards selections within your budget when we arrive at that step of your project |
STEP 6. Demolition & Construction
We begin the stages of demolition and construction. At this stage we will have discussed with you on what to expect and what is required to prepare your home. Regular on-site meetings are completed by our team as well as with you throughout the construction project. |
STEP 7. Final Inspections & Photography
Once we have finalized construction, completed all inspections and done a site clean up, we will perform a final walk-through with you. If there are any minor repairs that need to be completed prior to possession, they will be completed at this time. Upon your approval, we will take final photos of your renovation. When this moment arrives, we know you are excited to move back into your new space, we are just as excited and welcome you back into your beautiful new home! |
